Coaching works best when you show up, take action, and apply what we discuss. Results depend on your effort and commitment.
Confidentiality matters.
What we discuss stays private unless disclosure is legally required or someone is at risk of harm.
Payments & sessions.
Sessions must be paid in advance. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited. Packages are non-refundable once started.
Boundaries & respect.
Coaching happens during scheduled sessions. Respectful communication is required.

Resilience is built through truth, action, and commitment.The coaching offered here is a paid service, but it’s also part of something bigger. The money earned from coaching goes back into the Art of Resilience Foundation and is used to support the work we do.
That includes things like:
Creating programs and content that help people build resilience. Keeping the foundation running (tech, tools, and basic operating costs). Making resources available to people who can’t always afford support. Growing initiatives that are focused on healing, mindset, and real change. Coaching isn’t a donation — you’re paying for time, guidance, and education. Nevertheless, your participation helps fund work that’s meant to serve more than just one person. Nothing here is about getting rich or taking advantage of anyone. It’s about sustainability, honesty, and building something that actually helps people. If you’re here, you’re supporting yourself and the mission. And we take that responsibility seriously.
